Families, facility staff, and residents each get an interface built for their role, all working from the same records and the same facility policies.

Family app and portal

Registration, connection requests, ID upload, monitored messaging, visit scheduling, and notifications. Web portal available now; iOS app in release preparation; Android planned.

Facility staff console

Review connection requests, moderate messages, manage residents, set visitation availability, and view audit logs.

Resident portal

Residents sign in with a booking number and PIN to reach approved contacts, messages, and scheduled video visits.
