We want everyone, including families and facility staff using assistive technology, to be able to use SecureVisit.
Our goal
We’re working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA for this website. We’ve designed with semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, labeled forms, and sufficient color contrast, and we run automated checks. Automated checks can’t catch every problem, and this site has not been formally audited or certified as conforming to WCAG.
The SecureVisit web portal and mobile apps are separate products, and this statement covers the marketing website only.

Known limitations
The interface illustrations on the home page are decorative and hidden from screen readers, and the same information appears in the text beside them.
