SecureVisit gives facility staff control over who connects with residents, how communication is reviewed, and when video visits happen.
What facility staff can do
These capabilities describe the current SecureVisit staff console. Availability for your facility depends on a pilot or implementation agreement.
Family identity and resident verification
Families submit a connection request that names the resident and includes a government-issued ID. Staff review the request before any communication is allowed.
Staff-controlled approvals
Nothing opens until staff approve the connection. Staff can also reject requests and manage approved contacts.
Message moderation
Review messages and attachments, and configure moderation keywords to match facility policy.
Video visitation scheduling
Publish visitation availability, review visit requests, and approve or reject them. Staff can end a visit that is in progress.
Resident account management
Manage resident records and reset resident PINs. Residents sign in with a booking number and PIN.
Audit logs and visibility
Staff activity is recorded in audit logs, and available records can be exported.
Multi-facility data separation
The platform is designed so that each record belongs to a facility and staff see only their own facility’s data. Separation approach and testing details are available to discuss during evaluation.
Configurable policies
Set facility policies, moderation keywords, and staff access in facility settings.
Implementation and pilot discussions
We work with interested facilities to scope a limited evaluation around their workflows and requirements.
What to expect from a pilot discussion
1. Walkthrough
We demonstrate the staff console and the family and resident experience.
2. Requirements
We learn about your policies, staffing, security and IT review requirements, and procurement process.
3. Scope
If there’s a fit, we discuss what a limited evaluation could look like. Timing, scope, and terms are agreed together and are not set in advance.
What we aren’t claiming
SecureVisit is an emerging platform. We don’t currently publish security certifications, compliance attestations, uptime commitments, or integration lists. Security, IT, and procurement questions are welcome in a demo conversation, and we’ll answer them directly.
